Last Sunday I had the pleasure of an invite to attend the stunning Claridges London for an evening of cocktail tasting and delicious canapes courtesy of Chivas Whisky and the Schofield Brothers. The two day event was put on by the schofield brothers who were there mixing cocktails.

The event was hosted in the decadent Fumoir Bar quintessentially british with its dark furnishings and dim lighting you felt instantly relaxed. The staff were on hand to tend to your every need, after taking my coat to the cloakroom for me, I was presented with the cocktail menu containing 6 bespoke cocktails, created especially for this 2 day event.

As I worked my way through tasting each cocktail, it became apparent that the Schofield brothers are what experts in their field of mixology, with incredible flavours and immaculate presentation and care.

Claridges in all its splendour is one of the most elegant hotels that London has to offer, its tall ceilings and cascading glass chandeliers add to its class and splendor.

What with its exclusive Mayfair location and the Schofield brothers and Chivas this was a unique event I am very grateful to have been able to attend.
